Feng Shui

Feng Shui este o arta estica veche de mii de ani care ne invata cum sa aranjam elementele din mediul care ne inconjoara pentru a atrage norocul, prosperitatea si sanatatea.Vant si apa - asta inseamna caracterele chinezesti Feng Shui, si ele reprezinta relatia stransa dintre invataturile acestei arte si respectul pentru fortele naturii. Regulile Feng Shui sunt simple: energia pozitiva sau Chi, in conformitate cu natura, trebuie sa se afle din abundenta in jur pentru a mentine vitalitatea. Acest principiu trebuie sa se regaseasca si in gradina.Nu exista gradina Feng Shui care sa nu aiba un lac; acesta atrage energiile pozitive si le transmite mediului. Apa este importanta pentru sanatate, succes si puritate.

 

Pentru a transforma gradina intr-o sursa de pace si armonie, este important sa directionati subtil energia vietii - Chi - in toate zonele din gradina. Spatii prietenoase, alei line, nise romantice, locuri de odihna precum si cateva accesorii potrivite ajuta la atragerea energiilor pozitive.

 

Vantul (Feng) si apa (Shui) nu trebuie sa lipseasca niciodata din gradina: cascadele, lacurile cu apa cristalina in care sa se reflecte cerul sau siraguri cu clopotei prin care sa bata vantul ajuta la animarea gradinii intr-un mod special.

Gradina ca oglinda a vietii

Conform invataturilor Feng Shui, fiecare loc sau habitat in care traim, muncim sau ne jucam detine energii care pot afecta diferite zone ale vietii noastre. Gradina este impartita in 9 zone Bagua; cu putina organizare va puteti “adresa” energiilor pe care vreti sa le asimilati. O gradina Feng Shui perfecta include care o zona devotata fiecarui element Bagua, pentru a se pastra un echilibru.

 

In zona cunoasterii de exemplu, o nisa romantica poate indemna la cugetare, meditatie. Aceasta zona trebuie mereu sa se afle in echilibru cu zona carierei pentru a avea o munca placuta, etica. Formele rotunde si culorile vii aduc un aer proaspat aici. Un loc de odihna cu forma circulara amenajat in aer liber confera tarie zonei prietenilor. Zona familiei poate deveni mai puternica daca aranjati un loc in care se poate aduna intreaga familie, dar si prin adaugarea unui accesoriu cu apa, cum ar fi o cascada, fie ea si in miniatura, sau o fantana. Zona centrala serveste ca rezervor de energie. Aici se poate amenaja o rotonda in care sa asezati, ca punct de maxim interes, un element decorativ cu apa in care se pot aduna pasarile, sau puteti lasa zona deschisa, cu gazon - ambele optiuni atrag energiile pozitive. Siragurile cu clopotei si alte accesorii de acest gen apartin zonei copiilor. Un lac cu apa curata, usor in miscare este benefica pentru zona sanatatii. In zona faimei, elementele neobisnuite si interesante sunt cele care vor atrage Chi-ul. Promovati “asemanarile” in zona parteneriatului adaugand o banca romantica sau plante frumoase.

 

Siragurile cu clopotei, pe care vantul le misca usor atunci cand bate, produc sunete linistitoare pentru trup si suflet.

 

Semnificatia plantelor
In functie de cantitatea de energie pe care o contin si de efectele lor, plantele sunt impartite in cele 5 elemente Feng Shui. Plantele lemnoase sunt destinate miscarii si modificarilor. Plantele de foc, precum floarea-soarelui sau margareta, simbolizeaza frumusetea si veselia. Plantele de pamant, cum este clematis, personalizeaza stabiliatea si pacea. Plantele de metal - iarba de pampas, de exemplu - dau putere si rezistenta, iar plantele acvatice precum aster, sunt pentru vointa si seriozitate.

 

Pentru chinezi, plantele sunt o sursa de sentimente si speranta, de aceea toata lumea se simte atrasa de diferite plante in diferite moduri. Pentru selectarea plantelor, bazati-va pe intuitia dvs. - singura regula este ca numai ce este placut poate aduce efecte pozitive. De asemenea, nu uitati sa luati in considerare si necesitatile plantelor legate de expune5rea la soare sau tipul de pamant, pentru ca in aceste privinte Feng Shui nu poate face nici o minune.

 

Semnificatia elementelor
Lemnul este considerat un simbol pentru o viata noua. Exact asa cum primavara aduce cu ea noi plante si implicit viata noua, la fel si lemnul este punctul de origine al ciclului celor cinci elemente. Un arbust sau o planta cu aspect de tufa va emite si va absorbi Chi. Plantele recicleaza aerul pe care il respiram, deci sunt adevarate filtre naturale de aer. O planta moarta nu mai are Chi; ea este de fapt un Sha, adica un element negativ si daunator in gradina.

Focul

este elementul care detine cel mai mult Yang din toate. El este reprezentat de vara torida sau valurile de caldura. Plantele rosii sau cele cu flori rosii sunt foarte potrivite pentru gradina.

 

Pamantul.

Pentru acest element puteti folosi bolovani de granit sau o frumoasa statuie de lut. Ghivecele de teracota pline cu pamant sunt de asemenea potrivite.

 

Metalul

este cea mai des intalnita solutie, pentru ca el se gaseste in toate formele. Cupru, argint, aur si bronz sunt cateva variatii ale elementului metal. Folosirea metalului incurajeaza tot felul de idei creative. Cheia este sa nu uitati ca toata filosofia Feng Shui este pentru a crea un mediu inconjurator frumos. Cand folositi elementul metal, asigurati-va ca accesoriile au forme rotunjite si placute, nu ascutite. Metalul este cel mai des folosit remediu pentru energiile negative ale pamantului, dupa cum am amintit si mai sus. Ideal ar fi sa reusiti sa plasati aceste elemente Feng Shui in gradina nu numai pentru ce reprezinta ele in filosofia orientala, ci si pentru ca isi gasesc locul in decor. Ele trebuie sa se armonizeze cu mediul.

 

Apa

este cea care da viata planetei. Fara ea, noi nu am exista. Corpurile noastre sunt formate in marea majoritate din apa. In Feng Shui, apa este un element foarte folositor. Atunci cand este folosita in gradina, apa trebuie sa fie clara si, daca se poate, curgatoare. Apa stagnanta poate crea mai multe probleme decat rezolva. Un simplu lac, iaz sua o fantana din metal sunt elementele potrivite - nu folositi vase de ceramica sau teracota pentru fantana, aceasta e o greseala des intalnit. Pamantul blocheaza si neutralizeaza efectele apei. Pe de alta parte un metal, o fantana sau chiar un lac cu pesti actioneaza ca o solutie pentru mediu.

 

Apa a fost intotdeauna sinonima su puterea. Apa a fost folosita pentru efectele ei, conform invataturilor Feng Shui, de catre imparati. Daca privim majoritatea capitalelor, aceste fie sunt localizate langa apa, fie sunt parcurse de rauri sau fluvii. De asemenea, majoritatea caselor asezate langa oceane, mari sau lacuri sunt de obicei mai scumpe decat celelalte.

 

Feng Shui poate fi folosit in orice gradina
Desi multe reguli de baza ale invataturilor orientale Feng Shui pot fi transpuse in gradina, se crede gresit ca o asemenea gradina trebuie sa arate intr-un anume fel, ca trebuie sa respecte un tipar strict. Elementele pot fi proportionate si ajustate la gradina fiecaruia, pentru a contracara punctele slabe. NU este neaparat nevoie sa aplicati strict toate regulile din Feng Shui.
